At its June 26, 2013 meeting the Swiss Federal Council decided to increase the levy on electricity consumption from 0.45 to 0.60 centimes per kWh. This looks like a small amount but it is a 33% increase.

This tax is used to subsidize so-called green energy, it is one of the most developed state corruptions:

If someone invests in solar panels his production cost will be around 30 to 40 centimes per kWh. The repurchase program RPC guarantees him over 25 years a price of 46 centimes per KWh. So he injects his entire output to this corruption price and buys the current that he needs at the market price, which according to my last bill is 20 centimes, transport, losses, levies and VAT included. There is no risk for anybody because everything is declared legal;  and the  normal consumer pays for this madness.

The state corrupts the investor by engaging him to make an anti-economical choice.

And it gains prestige and control over this poor chap who believes acting for the good of an environment that does not need so much solicitude.

But not just jolly fellows are fooled: there are also companies that otherwise would have spent their capital to generate jobs and more productive investments.
