It won&rsquo;t be done neither by abandoning the nuclear energy, nor by believing that the currently promoted renewables are the solution \u2013photovoltaic, wind, biomass, small hydro.<br \/>\nAnd it will take time. It should better concentrate in defining smart objectives and the standards to abide by, as well as, by all means, making sure that an optimal framework is set in place within which the necessary innovations will be enabled.<\/p>\n<p>This article, much longer than usual, is a follow-up to <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mr-int.ch\/?p=2190&#038;amp%3Blang=en&#038;lang=en\" target=\"_blank\">another post published last May<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>It is in French and discusses 13 advices and 2 imperative conditions to realize such such energy transition.
