Radicalized Islam: Implications for the West

In response to the problems posed by jihadism in our societies we must avoid guilt or anger and accept that such phenomenon has always existed and will always exist. We must first re-teach critical thinking and provide ourselves with the tools for it. Complicating and nuancing things rather than reducing them to definitive categories will make it more difficult to pass simplistic ideologies.
