While the IPCC has confirmed that climate will change, the debate remains open about its extent, its potential improvement or degradation of living conditions on Earth, and the part of anthopogenic contribution to it.
This is important because the activism advocated by influent environmental lobbies is diverting ressources from higher development priorities in the world such as malnutrition, health issues, and access to education.
Nevertheless it is futile to maintain an endless debate on the existence and the validity of basic physical phenomena such as electromagnetic radiation, long wave infrared absorption by so-called greenhouse gases, forcing, warming, energy balance around the planet, and sensitivity to major parameters.
