As you were informed in my previous blog post, the World economy could have been saved with a very simple application of a useful idea.
Regrettably I have to realize that nobody is interested by this humanitarian action as no one has yet purchased any of the offered stuck certificate (SC).

However, a market was created when Carbon Certificates were issued. Why isn’t it the case with my SCs? Could it be because the Carbon Certificates are totally useless, to the contrary of my wonderful SCs?
